Guidelines for the Environmental Health Service Providers accreditation process in Ogun State

  1. Apply to the Ministry through the Permanent Secretary.
  2. CAC Registration Certificate for 3 years.
  3. 3 years Tax Revenue Receipt.
  4. Copy of the Registered Environmental Health Officer’s Certificate.
  5. Submission of (1–4) above to the Implementing Department.
  6. Interview of Applicant by the Department of Environmental Health & Management.
  7. Inspection of Applicant’s Outfit by the Department.
  8. Successful applicants pay a registration fee of Fifty Thousand Naira (N50,000) Only.
  9. Confirmation of payment from the Account Department.
