3. Issuance of letter of engagements to selected Agents.
4. Agents to obtain clearance for payment from Special Duties and Climate Change Department.
5. Collection of bank teller from Account Department by Agents for payment at the bank.
6. Submission of evidence of payment to Account department for Tickets.
